"Make it Real" stop motion animated promo
As part of the "Make it Real" campaign designed to drive registration for the festival, I teamed up with the amazing film-maker Eric Boadella to make this stop motion promo. I had an image in mind of a completely black and white world, where the only splashes of color would be the things with feeling, life, and emotion. I made the entire set out of paper, cardboard, wood, glass, and one aluminum bar. The computer monitor is illumanated using a string of christmas lights. Here is a photo of the set:
